Green Oak Solutions is owned and led by Craig A. Holmes, PE. Craig has over 25 years experience in the Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning and Property Risk Control areas. Craig is a registered Professional Engineer and member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the International Association of Emergency Managers, the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.

Recently Craig was named to the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers task force for evaluation of Critical Homeland Security Infrastructure for the State of Michigan. He has been published on several occasions; notably, he contributed a chapter for The Executive's Desk Book on Corporate Risks and Response for Homeland Security, which was published by the National Legal Center for the Public Interest after the September 11th terrorist attacks. Craig received written commendation from President Bush for this effort.

Over his 25 year career Craig has worked with a wide range of companies over a varied mix of operations and business profiles ranging from the Middle Market to the Fortune 100 in size.
